Job Summary
The Estimator is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project.
Estimators must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received. Estimators also work with management to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business.
Requirements
-5-10 years overseeing glass and glazing projects that include curtain walls, store fronts, and entrances.
-Experience estimating, bidding, and doing take-offs for glass projects.
-Review and analyze bid packages and contracts.
-Attend meetings with general contractors and architects.
-Glass and glazing contractor experience is a requirement.
-Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Job Summary
The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Requirements
-Engineering or Construction related degree preferred, but will consider a technical college certification or trade background with subsequent experience.
-Advanced knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
-Thorough understanding of the glass and glazing Industry, contracts and terminology.
-Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Job Summary
The Assistant Project manager assists the Senior Project Manager of designated project to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Requirements
